Overview
This website does not use cookies, does not show ads and does not load fonts, scripts or other content from third-party servers. All fonts and libraries are hosted on this website itself. The only personal data processed when you visit it are described below.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit a page, Vercel automatically processes the technical data your browser sends (for example your IP address, the requested page, date and time, browser and operating system) to deliver the website and to keep it secure. This is based on my legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Vercel may process this data in the USA. You can find more information in Vercel's privacy policy.
Web analytics
To see which pages and tools are used, this website uses Vercel Web Analytics. It works without cookies and does not store anything on your device. The script is loaded from this website's own domain. It records the visited page, the referring page, the browser, operating system, device type and country. Visitors are not identified: page views are grouped by a hash of the request that is discarded after one day, so you cannot be recognised across days or other websites. This is based on my legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Theme setting
If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice ("light" or "dark") is saved in your browser's local storage so the website remembers it. It never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser.
Tools on this website
The calculators, scores and other tools run entirely in your browser. Anything you enter or upload (for example ECG files) is processed locally and is not sent to me or anyone else.
Contact
If you contact me by email, I use your email address and message only to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, write to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
